A rare cause of neonatal hypertension: Congenital Mesoblastic Nephroma (CMN) is a rare renal tumor in childhood and has been reported with palpable abdominal mass, hypertension, hematuria, polyuria and hypercalcemia. Histopathologically it has been classified into two histological types: classic and cellular.
